 Eligibility

• Students enrolled in any upper division CIS course or graduate CIS course are eligible for enrollment in the program.
• All faculty members in the IS department including full-time and part-time faculty members are eligible for enrollment in the program.

 Duration

• For students, the enrollment will remain active throughout the year of enrollment.
• Beginning of Fall of each academic year, all the users enrolled in the previous academic year will be automatically removed from the system.
• Students my enroll only once in the program.
• Faculty enrollment remains active as long as a faculty member is employed at the University.
• Faculty members may also request for an additional copy of the available software.

 Enrollment Period and Submission of Names for Membership

• Students can enroll during the first three weeks of the quarter.
• Only faculty members can enroll students in the program.
• Students wanting to enroll in the program must provide the CIS instructor of their senior level or graduate level classes their names to be submitted to the program coordinator.
• A membership file has been created in Google Docs for faculty members to add directly the email addresses of the students.
• To enroll a student in the MSDN program, the faculty member must append the student's Calstatela email address to the file after verifying that the student is a CIS major and that he or she is enrolled in an upper division course or a graduate course.
• Faculty members need a Google email address to have access to the file mentioned.
• A faculty member may also, at his or her discretion, enter the email addresses of other CIS students majoring in CIS.
• To access the membership file, click on the membership link provided above under the section entitled Quick Links on this page.
• I have also created an easy pointer to the Google Docs file at http://msdn.ganesan.com for your convenience. 
• Also, I have created an easy pointer to this page at http://msdnaa.ganesan.com as well. 
• The names entered in the file will be uploaded for membership to MSDN at regular intervals during each quarters.
• Faculty members are requested to maintain a backup copy of all the email addresses entered by them in the file.
